2024年3月10日(日)の12:20に突撃訪問。
こちらは福島駅近くの人気ラーメン屋さん。
お昼時に訪問したが、空席が多くてビックリ。
初訪問の今回は1番人気の濃厚つけ麺を注文。
▪️店舗特徴
・店内はカウンター席とテーブル席有り
・支払いは食券制で現金のみ
・つけ麺の麺量は特盛まで無料
▪️注文内容
・濃厚つけ麺(大盛り) / ¥920
【スープ】
粘度低めでサラッとした濃厚魚介豚骨スープ。
口当たりはマイルド、甘みがあり雑味は皆無。
後から玉葱の風味と香ばしさが追いかけてくる。
これ、めちゃくちゃ美味しいぞ！
【麺】
ツルシコの中太ストレート麺。
冷水でしっかり〆られた麺はコシがあり旨い。
麺量は並:245g、大:360g、特:495gとの事。
(茹で前なら150g、225g、300gってとこか)
【トッピング】
肩ロースチャーシュー、味玉半個、カイワレ、
白髪ネギ、味玉、海苔、レモン。
チャーシューは脂身と赤身のバランス良し。
後半はレモン、カイワレの清涼感が最高！
▪️総評
とにかく個人的にハマりまくり！
特盛にすれば良かったと後悔…
濃厚な魚介豚骨は途中でクドくなる事が多いが、
ここは飽きる事なく最後まで美味しい！
(レモンとカイワレの存在はデカい！)
そして麺量を選べて豊富なトッピング内容。
それでいて920円とはコスパ最高ですな。
