本日はこちらへ。
食べログ100名店にも選出されている大阪市にあるラーメン屋さん。
焼鳥屋さんの後の〆のラーメンで伺いました。
寝酒の瓶ビールと濃厚ラーメンを選択。
泡立てられたエスプーマ状のスープは豚骨と鶏ガラを長時間煮込んだもので、奈良の三つ葉的な感じで麺も同じくもっちり中太麺。
味玉も半分付いてて嬉しい。
あっぱれ屋系と比べると濃厚ながら旨味は弱い気がしますが、それでも飲んだ後の〆にはもったいないくらい美味しいラーメンでした。
