ランチで古民家風のお蕎麦屋さんです。
店内の趣が非常にあります。
メニューを見ると、お酒のメニューがたくさんあり、コロナがあけたら、ディナー利用をしたいなと思いました。
河内鴨親子丼とお蕎麦@1050円
お蕎麦はかけそばとせいろから選べます。
今回はせいろを注文しました。
親子丼は、トロトロの卵と、しっかりした出汁、強い鴨肉の組み合わせは幸せな気持ちになりました。
鴨肉は鶏肉よりも、味がしっかりしていて、卵や出汁の柔らかさとのメリハリがしっかりしています。
山椒をかけると、全体のまとまり感が上がります。
せいろは、角がしっかり立っており、食べ応えがしっかりあるお蕎麦です。
塩に合いそうなお蕎麦なので、塩をおいてくれると嬉しいです。
つゆは醤油感が強く、甘めです。
〆の蕎麦湯との相性も良かったです。

鴨汁には、熱く切られた鴨がのっています。
旨味がよく出た鴨です。
火入れ具合もちょうど良く、噛み切りやすいです。
鴨汁の、焼きネギは香りのアクセントとトロトロの食感が楽しめます。
甘めのつゆとも合いますね。
一つ一つの素材がしっかりしているかもなんばです。
ただし、かもなんばの全体のまとまりはイマイチなような気もしました。
雰囲気、味、レベルの高いお店です。
鴨に焦点を当てた素晴らしいお蕎麦屋さんでした。
