ランチで鴨の親子丼とお蕎麦
平日の昼、開店と同時の訪問。結構な人が並んでいるが、昼の宴会の方々が並んでいた模様。すんなり入れた。河内鴨の親子どんぶりとおそばを注文。おそばは温かいかけそばで。1150円。税込。10分弱でまずは漬物と白ネギが来て、すぐに親子丼が着丼。鴨のスライスが入った親子丼。でも特出する感じではなく、普通の親子丼。数分後にかけそばが着丼。まずお出し。ガーンと衝撃が走る無茶無茶出汁が香るこれ以上ないほどの美味しいお出し。これにはびっくりした。蕎麦自体も美味しい。親子丼無しで蕎麦を頼む方がいいかも。鴨が売りの蕎麦屋さんだが、この蕎麦の出汁がうますぎる。でも、周りの人は冷たいそばを頼んでいる人が多かったので、次はせいろに挑戦したい。でも、温かいそばの出汁がうますぎた。もう一つのランチメニューの河内鴨の炊き込みご飯とおそばがいいかも。

平日の昼に開店前に到着。前並び3人。河内鴨の炊き込みご飯とおそばを注文。1150円。税込。まずは漬物が来る。次に5分位でかけそばが着丼。続けて炊き込みご飯が来る。まずはかけそばの出汁から。いつもながらここの出汁は最高に美味しい。蕎麦をすすると出汁に絡みかなり旨い。ここに来たら絶対に温そばは食べるべき。次に炊き込みご飯。筍入りで優しい味ながら、つやつやのご飯でこちらもかなり美味しい。やはり全体的にレベルの高いお店で定期的に通いたい。次は夜のメニューも試したい。
