店のホームページによると2012年
河内鴨料理と手打ち蕎麦の専門店として開業したとある。どちらかといえば鴨推しの店と思う。
大阪産の松原市のツムラ本店の河内鴨のみ扱っている。なおツムラの鴨は合鴨である。
店は1階と2階がある。１３時過ぎに訪問し、私は1階のカウンター席に案内される。
並びこそはなかったが、中々な繁盛店の様である。
ランチとして河内鴨の親子どんぶりとおそばをオーダー。(1150円)
蕎麦はかけそばと選択出来るが、小さなせいろそばを選択。
まあしかしブランド鴨の親子丼と蕎麦で、1150円はコスパ良いなと思った。
親子丼と蕎麦が到着。蕎麦は二八の様だ。
カエシは少し強め。蕎麦つゆも頂いた。
蕎麦はまあまあ美味しくいただけた。
親子丼の方は鴨は臭みもない。瑞々しいと言って良いのかな？鴨もそこそこ量も入ってこれは美味しい！卵も良い感じ。
どんぶりは多少嵩上げされてるが、来客は女性も多く量的には良いくらいじゃないかな？と思った。
いやあ河内鴨 素晴らしい。美味しくいただきました。こりゃあまたランチでお邪魔したいなぁ。ごちそう様でした。
