十年ぶりにランチに伺いました。
フェスティバルホールで葉加瀬太郎のコンサートがあり奥さんとお出かけ、ランチにお連れしました。
すっかり有名店になり12時過ぎに伺いましたが10名程度の行列でしたが前の6名のお客さんが座席の関係で帰られた為に約20待ちで入店出来ました。
奥さんは親子丼と小さいせいろ蕎麦
私は鴨せいろ蕎麦をお願いしました。
待つ間に瓶ビールをお願いしてください蕎麦の揚げたのをあてにチビチビ呑んで待っていると料理が到着しました。
親子丼は大きな器に卵と河地鴨がたっぷりのって美味しそう。
私の鴨せいろは厚みのある鴨ロースが四切れと難波葱が入っていました。
鴨をひと口頂くと口の中がいっぱいになりその後旨みが口の中いっぱいに広がります。
また難波葱と一緒に頂くとより美味さが倍増します。
お蕎麦は固めの茹で加減でつけ汁にとても合いますね。
奥さんの薬味を少し貰ってわさびを付け出汁でお蕎麦をひと口頂きましたが出汁も美味しかったです。
鴨ロースと葱にお蕎麦を頂きお腹いっぱいになりました。
最後に出てきた蕎麦湯もやし美味しかった
鴨せいろ用に器とれんげを出して頂けます。
久しぶりに伺いましたが河内鴨美味しかった
奥さんも満足頂きました。
