大阪市福島区にある沖縄そばの人気店「沖濱そば」に行ってきました。
大阪市道 海老江梅田線からは「セブン-イレブン」大阪福島6丁目北店が目印で、北上すると左手にあります。
メニュー表です。「牛油かすそば」というのもありました。
南河内地方のローカルフード「油かす」を使った、沖縄×大阪のフュージョン料理ですね。
スパム、薄焼玉子焼、青ネギがトッピングされた「ポー玉そば」（800円）と「じゅーしー」（220円）が、
ランチタイムサービスで910円でした。
沖縄の炊き込みご飯「じゅーしー」です。とってもジューシー♪な訳はなく、優しい味付けで美味しい
「ポー玉そば」です。まずは、スープをひと口・・・。(ﾟдﾟ)ｳﾏｰ!!!!! 色も味も濃いめの醤油味です。
島唐辛子を泡盛に漬け込んだ辛いコーレーグースを垂らすと、こぉれ(・ω・)bグゥースッ！（謎＾＾）
レンゲが見当たらないので直接、丼鉢からスープを飲もうとすると丼鉢は熱湯で温められていて熱くて持てない！
お店は、道路から少し奥に入った「コーポ盛乃」の1Fにある隠れ家的なロケーションです。
