The inside of the store is a casual and stylish space with a counter, table seats separated by curtains, and an open kitchen. My goal for the day was the ``Raw Sea Urchin Cream Pasta'' that I saw on SNS.I was shown to a table, asked the staff for recommendations, and ordered this. ■Dacquoise - Roast beef - Fried cod sprouts - Consommé jelly - Shellfish soup I was surprised by the extravagant accompaniment.The balance between hot and cold was good, and I was even more surprised by how delicious each one was. ■5 types of carpaccio - Firefly squid with mustard and vinegar miso - Steamed abalone liver with basil - Bonito with black garlic sauce - Sakura sea bream with fukinoto miso - White fish with cherry vinegar The presentation is so beautiful that it's almost a waste to eat.
