福島でカジュアル鉄板焼き！！

やっといけました！
オープンの日に顔だけだして いっさい食事ができないまま
帰ってきたお店。DUKES
鉄板焼きで魚介をメインに料理してくれるお店。
もちろん黒毛和牛や美味しい豚おいてます。
祝日の夜１０：３０に行ったのにほぼ満席。
オープンして一か月のお店とは思えない流行りよう

現在まだ使用してないみたいですが 実は2階もあります。
30人くらいなら２階でパーティーできそう(^_-)-☆

今回は満席だったので お任せでお願いしました。
まずは
カルパッチョ盛り
和歌山の梅鯛 鰤 サバ サーモン イカと雲丹。
どれも素材が良い！ しかも
フィンガーライムやシーアスパラなどのレア食材もあしらいでついてるし
醤油麹やラヴィコットなどで食わすテクニックは流石。
しかも９８０円って安すぎでしょ！！
そして名物 バーニャカウダ。
わさび菜 黒大根 フルーツキャロット ロマネスコなど
結構ボリューミーだけど ソースの塩分が素晴らしく
食べてても飽きない！

バケットエンドレスお変わりできそうな逸品♪
〆はあさりの焼きそば
ちょーーーー旨い！
すべての料理にいえるのが
塩分が素晴らしくジャストってのと
一人で作ってるとは思えない速度での料理提供。
流石です。
今後 福島で有名店になること間違いなしです。
空間も料理も最高の仕上がり しかも安い！！
ワインもその他のドリンクも豊富なので使い勝手が良い！
ちょい飲みでもがっつりでも。。。。。
作り手がオーナー １人なので
料理予算をある程度きめて
お任せで予約がベスト。
かならず満足できるでしょう♪

久々にDEWKSです。
ランチはちょこちょこ行ってたのですが 2年ぶりかな
相変わらずメニュー豊富で悩みますね！この日は周年みたいで周年のお得なメニューもありました。
ワイン飲んで肉くって 魚くってオーナーとお話しして
いやー楽しい時間はあっというまですね。
