中央市場 とっても広いので 地図上の位置がピタリじゃないと 中央市場に着た経験のない人が来たら
トンデモナク広い場所を放浪するハメになるので 十分にご注意ください。
正面ゲートを進んで 正面左手に飲食店が８つほど並んでいる平屋の建物があります、
その一番手前のお店が 丸忠さんです お寿司、海鮮、フグのお店です
他のお客さんの話を小耳にしましたが、フグ お値打ちでかなり いいらしいです。
お寿司は綺麗な大阪風でシャリコマでネタもそのサイズになっている
市場のお寿司のイメージでいると 肩透かし喰らいますが
本当の一口で ポンポン食べられるサイズです
江戸で始まったころのお寿司は今のおにぎり位のサイズで大きかったそうですが
年月の経過と共に小さくなり、こちらのお寿司は通常の回転ずしなどで見られるサイズの
約半分くらいのサイズ感になっています、握り、軍艦、稲荷とそろって にゅう麺がついて1000円（税込）
とてもコストパフォーマンス良いと思いました
