行列の出来る店の酢飯が得意では無いので初めての此方に。
元々西区新町でやっていらしたとか。
ご店主と他愛の無い話をしながら期待と不安を胸に1.5人前1500円を頂く。
ガラスの器に盛られた見目麗しい寿司と煮麺が付いて来る。
綺麗な握りに期待が膨らむ。
手に取った箸を置き手で摘む。
寿司を手で摘む感触も美味しさのうちと思っている。
タイを摘んで口に運ぶ。
ネタとシャリの繊細なマリアージュを味わう。
下手な寿司だと無駄にシャリの悪いところが強調されるが其れがない。
旨い！
実に旨い！
寿司はネタも大切だがそれ以上に酢飯だと思うので嬉しかった。
酢の嫌な部分を全く感じさせない酢飯！

どんどん摘んで頂いちゃいました！
巻物も秀逸で海苔の風味も効いてるし何と言っても自家製の卵焼きがいい味を出してる。あっと言う間に完食！
店を後にして卸売市場を回って2時間後覗いてみると誰もいない。
