最近のステマコメントの多さと大阪にロクでもないフレンチ、イタリアンが増えたので書いてませんでしたがここは凄かったので3年半ぶりに。

水の女神のお名前だそう。
前から行きたかった。
前菜の生ハムから良い状態で出てくる。
伝助穴子のフリットも。
パスタは2種類シェアで。
ピィチの方が好みだったかな。
メインは猪を迷わず。想像を超える仕上がり。
いや、本当にすごいよ。
ドルチェのはちみつアイスも相当なもの、ハーブティーまでぬかりなく。
素晴らしい。ロケーションだけではないな。
こんな店が大阪に出来て嬉しい。
シーズンに1度は通うかも。
しかし最近大阪は美味い店減ったな。高いだけで見せかけの高級素材。状態が良くてなんぼやで。
食べに行くのが嫌になるくらい良い店に出会わなかったな。良い店は無くなっていくし。
