オープン当初にディナーで訪れて夜景もお料理やワイン、サービスも一流で優雅に過ごさせてもらったのですが気軽に伺えるお店ではないという印象でした。
今回はお知り合いがランチを予約してくれたため久しぶりに訪問。
最初に時間を聞いて下さりメニューも丁寧にご説明くださいます。
〈グレース 3,300円〉のコースは最初にクリスマスツリーのようなハーブのサラダで野菜をたっぷり頂きます。
女子三人「理想的だよね。」と、言いながら最初に野菜をお腹にいれます。
パスタとメインのお料理を両方ともグループで三種類から二種類をお選びくださいとありパスタはバジルのオイルベースサラダとカルボナーラ。
メインはヒラメの魚料理と4種類のお肉の煮込み料理を選びます。
てっきり取り分けと思いきや一人ずつお皿に盛り付けてお持ち下さる。
全部がひと味もふた味も違う作品です。
私が選んだわけではないのにグルメな方が「このお店美味しい！」と呟いた言葉は嬉しかった。
デザートのあとの珈琲にプティフールが添えてあった時には久しぶりに本格的なイタリアンのコースを味わえたと感慨深かったです。
ランチが3,300位からのためか私達のほかには一組のお客様がいらしただけで帰りに厨房を見ると多くのスタッフさんがお仕事をされていましたから大変な状況だと感じました。
それでも全力で私達を接客して下さる皆様に感謝です。
