Facebook某所で紹介頂きまして初訪問です。
梅田から地下を歩いて福島へ。ABCの目の前のキレイなビル2階にありました。
今回は特別に、産直で配送して頂いた赤穂坂越産の良質な殻付牡蠣に軽く火を通して頂き、片面だけ焼いた塩タンでくるんで頂く事が出来ました(^^♪
激MU、超近未来的な美味しさを堪能しました(^-^)/
また、初めての部位マルシンを経験。あっさりとした感じで始まり、徐々に旨味がどっと出て来るクセになる美味しさでした。
肉の各所に包丁が細かく入っていて、肉ソムリエとはこう言う事を言うのかと感じました。
店に直送頂いた赤穂の牡蠣名手 Shoko Funabikiさんの神対応本当に感謝します。ご了承頂いた肉ソムリエ萬樹亭さん、階段の下までお見送り頂きまして有難うございました。是非シーズン限定のメニュー化お願いします。またお伺いしたいです❗
