長男が --- 双方の両親をフレンチランチに招待してくれました。 "飲"
のワインは書籍で少しは、かじりましたが"食"のフレンチは偏食の問題
からさっぱり、でも素敵なソムリエールの方が、はしゃぎまわっている
私たち、失礼"私だけ"でしたね --- の高揚し逸る心を適度に抑制しつつ
料理、及びワインの説明してくださいました！ 初フレンチという事も
ありますがワインばかりに気が飛んで料理はほとんど手付かず、フレン
チの作法として許されるのかどうか判りませんが家内に半分以上、回し
ましたね！
今回、初めてのフレンチでしたが何とかコースの流れは理解しました。
でも"豚に真珠！"という言葉を自分に投げかける羽目になるとは露知ら
ず！
ことワインに関してはシャンパーニュ―、ボルドー、アルザス、フルゴ
ーニュー、ロワール、そして最後はボルドーに戻り貴腐ワインと --- ワ
インのコースだけで私は十二分に満足しましたよ！
これで三途の川を渡る六文銭をいただけたような気がします！
