週末の金曜日夜に訪問。
相変わらずかなりの列がなされており入店は50分待ってようやく入店。
今回味玉紀州鴨そば（1150円）と炙りチャーシュー丼（380円）を購入。
しばらくして炙りチャーシュー丼が先に着丼。
香ばしい炙った香りが食欲をそそる。
そして白髪ネギが良いアクセントでガツガツ食べてしまう美味しさ。
メインの鴨そばはオーダーの際メンマだけ苦手な食材だったので抜いてもらい、味玉、焦がし白ネギ、豚チャーシュー、鴨チャーシューが各一枚の具が鴨そばの一杯を華やかにしている。
まずはスープから飲んでみるが麺助鶏のスープと醤油の甘さがちょうど良くてかなり好みのスープ。
そして麺も中細ストレート麺がスープと絡んで非常に美味しい。
そして味玉もトロトロでスープと絡めて食べるとまた美味い。
どの具材も主張せずパーフェクトな一杯でした。
これは並んでも食べる価値がある一杯です。
