8年の歴史を誇るこのラーメン店に、平日の20時に到着。
既に10人が並んでおり、約25分待ってようやく入店しました。
この時間には、残念ながら特製紀州鴨そばはすでに売り切れ。
それでも、私は味玉紀州鴨そば（1150円）と炙りチャーシュー丼（380円）を注文しました。
注文からたったの8分で、美味しそうな料理が目の前に運ばれてきました。
スープは鴨のコク深い旨味が際立ち、醤油の軽やかな風味がそれを引き立てます。
ラーメンに載る2切れの鴨チャーシューは、あっさりとしたものと脂が乗ったものの二種類で、それぞれがスープと見事に調和しています。
炙りチャーシュー丼は、その甘く風味のある秘伝のタレがご飯と絡んで食欲をそそります。
店員さんの親しみやすい対応も魅力の一つ。
20:40に店を出るときには既に並んでいる人はいませんでした。
閉店間際に訪れると、特製メニューが売り切れることもありますが、定番のラーメンは堪能できるため、待ち時間を避けたい方には特におすすめです。
このラーメン店はただ美味しいだけでなく、一杯の中に心を込めた接客が感じられる場所。
大阪で本格的な鴨ラーメンを求めるなら、ここに足を運ぶべきです。
