当日は、11時過ぎ頃に到着。あいにくの天気でしたが、既に10数名ほど並んでいて、GW初日でもあり絶えず続々と並んでました。店内に入れたのは1時間後くらいかな。特製鴨ラーメンに追いメンマと炙りチャーシュー丼を注文、相方は特製貝ダシラーメン。席に着くと図ったかのようにお品が到着。店員さん忙しいのに具材の説明までして頂きました。
さっそく食しましたが、鴨だしって、むっちゃくちゃうまいんですね…どん兵衛以外で初めていただきました。。。特に鴨のもも肉がコリコリしてよきでした。メンマ、味玉、チャーシュー、ストレート麺と全てのクオリティが高い、高すぎる。炙られたチャーシュー丼もたまりませんわ。相方の貝ダシも頂戴しましたが、鴨だしと甲乙付け難いです。人気店が故に行列必至ですが、次回は貝ダシ食べに行きます。
