集中に表現されたおまかせコースの感じですね。
説明のカードには、世界旅行の話しも出たのは、あっていると思います！
東南アジア風の要素も、北アフリカを思わせるスパイスが感じられたから。
また、紫色のキャベツは、トルコやドイツ、そしてでしか使われないと思いますが…
ありうる多様性をハーモニーに揃っていますね。
カレーは一々と具体的に紹介できませんが、欧風のカレーの技法が上手いとのことです。風味の層が方角正しくと築いたからね。
泊まったゲストハウスの一階にはこれほどうまい店があるのは今回の旅で最もサプライズのことゝなりました…(ノ^_^)ノ感動…
