ちょっと『素敵ランチしよ』•*¨*•.¸¸☆*･ﾟって事で福島の金蘭会の近くにある『il Ktutti』さんへお友達が予約して下さり行って来ました。
ネットから予約するとシュワシュワ1杯をプレゼントして下さいます。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席と奥には個室もあり、お子様連れやゆっくり寛ぎながら頂きたい時に使える！
さて、お料理はWメインの3000円のコースを頂きました。
・カリフラワーのポタージュスープ
カリフラワーの甘さがギュッと詰まったナチュラルだけど濃厚なスープ。
・ホタルイカとお野菜
春はやっぱり『ホタルイカ』ᔦ˙灬˙ᔨゞ
綺麗なピンクに付け合せはシュパーゲル。大好きなんだよね〜柔らかくて、コンソメ風味でこちらは春の旨味が詰まったひと皿でした。
・アサリのパスタ
大きなアサリが沢山入ったパスタで、口に入れると上にまぶされたカラスミの香りが一気に広がります。穴子の稚魚とイカのソースとなかなか海の幸満載の一品。ただ、パスタが太麺なのかやや火が入りすぎでふやけた感が残念(T ^ T)
味付けはしっかりされているのでパンが欲しい…
・サクラマス
うすいえんどうの鮮やかな緑とサクラマスのオレンジがとても美しく、低温調理されているからかしっとりとした魚の身はホロホロです。
あおさのソースも磯の香りが素晴らしい！
こちらもしっかり味付けされてるから、
やっぱりパンが欲しい(T ^ T)
・鹿のロースト
臭みはありませんが、やや癖があるお肉。
ビーツがそれを消してくれてますが、切った時に赤い肉汁が溢れ出て気になりました。火入れがもう少しあった方が好みかな…仕上げにはフランボワーズのパウダーがかかっていて一層艶やかです♬*゜
昔トナカイを食べた時の事を思い出しました。確かにトナカイよりは食べやすくお肉も柔らかい！
あの時付け合せがマッシュポテトに、クランベリーソースにチョコレートだったのよね(￣▽￣;)
あれは、無理だゎ…
・デザート3種
ドルチェは『レモンのマカロン』『カシスの生チョコ』『アーモンドフロランタン』小さなドルチェも丁寧に作られておられるのを感じます。全部美味しかった♡
・食後のドリンク
コーヒーを頂きました。イタリアンらしいグッと濃いめの強いコーヒー！ドルチェとよく合います。
どのお料理も沢山の材料を使って作られており、丁寧に調理されてるんだと思いました。
全体的にしっかりめの味付けなので、しつこいけど『パンが欲しい』(๑•̀ㅁ•́ฅ✧
ディナーなら良いけどランチには若干塩味が強めかな…
でも久しぶりにお昼間からシュワシュワも飲めたし、贅沢なひと時でした♡
