シックで落ち着いた店内は大人の雰囲気
カウンターとテーブル席と奥に個室もあります
調理からサービスまですべておひとりでされてるシェフはマスクをしてても男前と思われます(∩´∀`∩)

前菜やパスタにお魚＆お肉のＷメインにワンドリンクのついたコースを予約しました

なめらかな舌触りでシンプルなポタージュ

・富山県産ホタルイカとホワイトアスパラガス
〜ホタルイカの肝のムースをそえて
今が旬のホタルイカとホワイトアスパラガス
ホタルイカはぷっくりしていて身が詰まってます
肝のムースは臭みもなくコクと旨味で濃厚
これワインに合います♡
ホワイトアスパラガスは甘くて柔らかい

・北海道産あさりとのれそれのペペロンチーノ、からすみがけ
大粒のあさりとのれそれ
あとからピリッとくるペペロンチーノはけっこう
ボリュームあります
からすみがトッピングされ贅沢です
ちょっと塩気が濃く感じましたが最近パスタが食べたかったので願いが叶いました♡
✧お魚料理
・サクラマスの低温調理、うすいえんどうのムース、青さのソース
サクラマスはナイフを入れるとほろりとくずれますがしっとりやわらかい食感
イクラも添えられてます
ソースが美味しかった♡
✧お肉料理
・鹿肉のロースト、ビーツのソース、赤ワインのソース
赤色で統一されたお皿
ビーツのソースとフランボワーズのパウダーが美しい
お肉は臭みとかパサつきはないけれど食感がイマイチでした
好みによるものなので鹿肉好きなひとには美味しいお肉だったかも( ˙꒳˙ )???
✧ドルチェ
・小菓子３種
ひとくちサイズの生チョコ、フロランタン、マカロン
ドルチェはティラミスやパンナコッタ、ジェラートなどを想像してましたが
小菓子は珈琲と合うものばかりで普通に美味しかった

エスプレッソ・カプチーノ・珈琲・紅茶より
珈琲をチョイス
好みの珈琲でした
お料理に旬の食材がたくさん使われていたので
春を感じられました
スープ、前菜、パスタと全てのソースが美味しかったです
ワンドリンク付きでお肉お魚のＷメインは大変お得
おひとり様でもグループでも密会でもいろいろ使えそうでした(∩´∀`∩)
