旅行で大阪へ来て焼き鳥が食べたくなり予約しておいたこちらへ。
18:30頃の入店でカウンターも奥のテーブル席もほぼ満席です。
感じのいい店員さんから丁寧にコースの説明があります。
こちらは予め三つのコースから選んでおかわりをする場合単品で頼むスタイルです。
最初の前菜から野菜を使った凝ったお料理を提供していただきました。
次に出てきた鳥のお造りがとても美味しく、見たことのないような新鮮な鶏肉を醤油や胡麻油でいただきます。
続いて焼き鳥のコース。どれも脂ののり加減や焼き加減、塩加減など非常に美味しくいただきました。個人的に特に美味しかったのはコースのささみ、肝、ハツとおかわりしたボンジリでしょうか。おかわりした鳥どんもタレも美味しく美味でした。
近くに来たらまた行きたいお店です。
