フグ料理を食べた後は宿泊先のホテル阪神地下にある串カツ屋さんへ。
「チカサカバ」というお店です。
串カツ数種と手羽先唐揚げを注文。
串カツはもちろんの美味しさでしたが、手羽先唐揚げがカラッと揚がっていて甘辛いタレとジューシーな肉が絡み合って…名古屋で食べた手羽先以上の美味しさでした(笑)。
これにはっさくチューハイが良く合うんです、甘さ控えめで氷の代わりに凍ったはっさくの身、スッキリしているので揚げ物にバッチリ。
店内にはミュージシャンのサインが壁に直接書かれていましたが、店主さんが元ミュージシャンだからなんですねぇ。
音楽好きなので時間があったらお話を聞きたかったです。
