勉強がてらによらせていただきました。
20時過ぎでしたので、店内はガラガラ、私以外に1組しかいません。
3種類のカレーがあるので、３種のあいがけを行こうかと思いましたが、まさかのキーマカレーが品切れ。
仕方なく残りの2品をいくことに。
バジルチキンカレーとアンチョビとじゃがいものカレー、どちらかが2辛、どちらかが3辛です。確かアンチョビが2辛だったと思います。
・アンチョビカレー
なるほどアンチョビの風味とカレースパイスがよくあってます。ぶっちゃけ何のスパイスが効いててアンチョビと合ってるのかわからないのですが、一体感があって美味しいです。辛さは若干強いかな、程度、
・バジルチキンカレー
辛い。本当に辛い。バジルとかの味も感じられない。私も辛さ適正はあるはずなんですが、スパイスの味が感じられないくらい、辛い。アチャール食べても辛い。もう少し辛さ落としたものもあれば頼みたかったが、そんな選択肢はなさそう。
・スパイス煮卵
普通です。私もスパイス煮卵作りますが、割としっかりビネガー効かせないと美味しくないということがわかりました。そういう意味ではそこまでビネガー効いてないので、私の好みではなかったのかなと。
美味しいんですが、辛い。辛いのが大丈夫な人にはぜひおすすめです。
