このお店は新福島駅から少し東側にあるいたところにあります。この日はお客様の打ち合わせがこの近辺であったため、終わったとたんに大好きな福島エリアの夜に一人でGoです♪今回は、以前にあるお店から教えていただいて、まだ行けてなかったこのお店を訪問してみました。
このお店の特徴は、ワインと焼鳥という変わったコンセプトです。しかも、店内はオシャレなワインバーみたいな雰囲気でカップルや女子受けしそうな感じです。私が訪問した際は、カップルが一組のみでしたが、そのあと3名ぐらいの女子会組とカップルと年輩の男性2名組が訪問されていました。最後に男性二人が入ってくれたおかげで、少し居心地がよくなりました(笑)
ワインがメインのお店なので最初からワインです。ブルガリアのロゼがあったので、早速いただいてみました。少し濃厚で食前に飲むにはぴったりでした。焼鳥も幾つか頼んで、メニューを眺めているとフォンデュソースがありました。どうやら、焼鳥につけて食べるようです。もちろん、ワインとチーズは相性が良いので、こちらも早速注文です。
チーズフォンデュソースはすぐにやってきました。しかも、パンが付いていて、ちゃんとカリカリに綺麗な焦げ色になっていました。これはものすごく美味しそうです！
早速、パンの上に色々な焼鳥をのせてチーズにつけて食べてみると、とても美味しいですね。そもそも、鳥はたんぱく質が多い食材なので、脂肪分が多いチーズと相性は抜群です。それにワインを合わせるのだから、美味しさは間違いないです(^-^)ちなみにチーズは変な癖はなく、とても食べやすいフォンデュソースです。
このお店の焼鳥は、焼きのレベルが非常に高いです。福島の焼鳥屋さんはどこもレベルが高いですが、ここも他のお店には負けていないと思います。特に笹身(わさび)が美味しかったです。焼鳥よりも他でカバーという感じのお店ではないので、個人的にはおすすめできる焼鳥屋さんです。焼鳥屋さんらしくないオシャレな感じもいいですよね。
この日は店長一人でお客様を何組も相手していましたが、ギリギリ裁いている感じでした(^_^;)それでも、注文が忘れられるなどは全く無かったです。あと一人ヘルプが入るときっちりサービスが提供できそうですが、きっと人手不足なのかなと(^_^;)
今回は少し控えめの注文だったので、次回はもっと色々なものを食べてみたいですね♪
