久しぶりに、福島エリアで探します。新鮮な鳥刺しを頂ける、こちらを予約して伺いました。
コースで予約したのですが、鳥刺しは３種を５種に変更していただきました♡ モッチリとした笹身・コリコリ食感のずりと心・マッタリとした肝・皮めが香ばしい炙りもも…５種して良かった(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)♪
もも炙り焼き…炭のいい香り、しっかりとした食感、柚子胡椒とピッタリ♡
串のスタート。レアな笹身は、刻み山葵が合うわ！
せせりのジューシーな脂が堪らない♡
つくね…大きくてふっくら、タレも良いです。
油淋鶏…サクッと揚がった鶏と、サッパリとした甘酢タレが美味しい。野菜も摂れて◎
〆の親子丼…一度焼かれた鶏と濃厚な玉子が旨っ❤️甘めなので、少し七味がおすすめ！
