福島にある、中華料理のお店。
お洒落な中華テイストが散りばめられた店内。ハイカウンターからは、厨房が一望出来る。
中華料理店「酒中花 空心」さんで修行された御主人。福島エリア「三大麻婆豆腐店」と称された程の実力店。
夜の部でも賑わいを見せ、人気となっております。
蒸し鶏葱だれ、葱で覆い尽くされるフォルム。柔らかく蒸されたプリプリの鶏肉に濃厚なとろっとした葱ソースが掛かる。
エビのチリソース、有頭エビを使用され殻ごといただくエビチリ。溶き卵が円やかな演出をする。
ド迫力の酢豚、とろんとろんで肉が解れていく。力のある酢豚。
焼き上げられた、自家製叉焼。此方もとろんとろんの肉質。柔らかく香ばしい。
麻婆豆腐、濃厚でコクを備える。強壮な痺れが利き奥から辛味と旨味がやってくる。とろみも絶妙で具を力強く巻き込み口の中で旨味が発散する。
玉子炒飯、パラパラで優しい味わい。二口目は、麻婆豆腐と一緒にいただく。麻婆豆腐にも負けない存在感を放つ秀逸な炒飯。旨味が織り成す組み合わせ。
