ランチが有名な福島の本格中華✌️
麻婆豆腐がかなり辛いとお聞きしたので
チャレンジしたく訪問しました
【オーダー】
①麻婆豆腐
→山椒が効いててランチに大人気✨
②空芯菜の塩炒め
→にんにくが効いてるお汁は全部飲みました
③餃子
→大きな餃子は具がぎっしり
④小籠包
→肉汁はもっと溢れて欲しかったが身が柔らかく美味しい❗️
⑤牡蠣の卵焼き
→ニラ玉に牡蠣が入った好物品！
⑥ホタルイカの焼きそば
→斬新なアイディアで少し早めのホタルイカを実食！
⑦卵炒飯
→ここまでのインパクトもあり
味は薄めに感じましたが次回は黒炒飯を頼んでみようかと！

かなり辛いと伺っていたこともあり、
色味は黒く、食べる前から山椒が香ってたので
恐る恐る口に運びましたが、
モーマンタイ！
辛さの種類は「山椒的」な辛さで
ピリッとする辛さはあるものの
辛味が続くわけではないので
辛すぎず美味しくいただけました❗️
