福島区にある人気中華料理店【六徳 恒河沙】さんでのディナータイム。
前もって電話予約をして開店の18時に訪問。
外観、内観共に中国らしいインテリアで雰囲気があります。
席数はカウンター10席と奥に4人掛けテーブル席が3卓
階段がありますが2階席があるのかは未確認です。
カウンター席へ案内された私達。
ハイボールで乾杯の後は紹興酒をロックでいただきま〜す♬
お料理は
◆前菜3種（人数様分のご用意）
ピリッとした刺激が美味しい
・よだれ鶏
生タコ、ミョウガ、きゅうりを山椒ソースで和えた
・蛸の山椒ソース
ピーナッツ、パクチー、胡麻などを混ぜ混ぜしていただく
・サワラのお造り中華風
2名分がそれぞれ別皿にて提供されます。
◆海老のチリソース
殻付きの海老が2尾にたっぷりのチリソース、
海老は殻ごといただきま〜す♬
大きいので食べ応えあり！
溶き卵を使用したチリソースはマイルドな口当たりで上品な味わいです。
◆麻婆豆腐
山椒香る粗挽肉たっぷりの麻婆豆腐はしっかりと刺激的な辛さの中にコクと旨みがバランスよく口の中に広がります♡
相方は汗だくになりながらも美味しそうに食べています(〃ω〃)
海老チリが提供された辺りから店内は満席にっ！
お料理はどれも美味しく、忙しく無ければ追加で食べたい品もありましたが一見綺麗に見える店内のテーブルや床が油でペタペタしてるのは少々気になっちゃいました…
噂通りの美味しい中華料理♡
