あー、憂鬱。
浮世離れした感覚の環境にいると、余計にしんどい。。。
そんなこんなで、まだそこまでではなかった頃合いに福島へ＝３
Meetsでも見かけて、炭焼きが気になったすみやきヒノコさんへ。
お店は、新福島の南西側、
かなり入り組んだぽなエリアで、穴場的なお店が立ち並ぶところの一角に

こちらも、どちらかいうとわかりにくいやも。
１Fに焼き場があって、カウンター席があって、２Fにテーブル席が。
あっしらは、２Fのテーブル席にて。なかなかに落ち着いた感じ。
炭焼きメヌーがオシなわけで、
・サーモンの塩麹漬け
・若鶏のささみユッケ
・ヒノコのポテサラ
・麻婆ホルモン
・牛ハツのカツレツ自家製ポン酢
・菜の花の卵黄パルミジャーノチーズがけ
・生椎茸のカツレツ自家製ポン酢
・カレー
・炭蒸しトースト
肝心の炭焼きメヌーは、かなり時間がかかってしまうというハプニング？
はあったけどがー。。。
炭焼き以外は、生ちっくなやーつもはりとはよでてきたけどがー。
ちょっとアレンジな感じのメヌーは、どれもええ感じ（＾３＾）
麻婆ホルモンは、はまっちょバナナ。
カレーなんざも裏メヌーであったりーので、欧風ながらも本格的ぽなテイスト。
今回は、ちょいとオーダーがとんでしまったけど、
炭焼きのハラミ、サガリ、ミノはチャレンジしてみたいところ。
