気になってたお店に行ってきました！
まずは箕面ビールを頼みました！
初めて飲むのでどんなのかと思ったら
なんと黒ビールでした！
飲んでみると〜
カカオっぽい香りがしてコクが凄い！
メニューみるとハーフ&ハーフもあるので
次は飲んでみたいですね！
まずはアボカドキムチ！
キムチ、アボカド、海苔、フライドオニオン、ごま油が入ったアテメニュー！
アボカドの濃厚さ、キムチの旨味と辛味、海苔の香り、フライドオニオンのアクセントが入りこれめちゃくちゃ美味いです！
次は皮付きヤングコーン！
炭で皮ごと焼かれたヤングコーンが登場！
皮ごと焼いているので
中は蒸されている状態で旨味が逃げない！
食べてみると〜
ヤングコーンが持つ甘味がたまらない！
岩塩つけると甘味倍増！！
鶏系はぼんじり！
脂分が多いがそこまで重たくない！
噛むと旨味が口に広がります！
お好みで塩と麻辣ペッパーで食べるのも
味変で面白いです！
麻辣ペッパーは辛さは少なめで
香りが強いタイプです！
四川山椒とか好きな人におすすめ！
肉豆腐は牛すじがプルプルで柔らかい！
鮮度が良く臭みもない！良い牛すじです！
出汁に牛すじの旨味もしっかり出ており
ちょっとした肉吸いになっとる！
添え付きの山椒は香りが良くピリリとする！
そして長芋！
これ見た目から美味いのが分かった！
だって水分が垂れ落ちてる笑
サクッと食感が良く
水分量多くみずみずしい！
自家製味噌との相性が凄い良い！！

コロコロタイプです！
噛むと弾力がすごい！
でも噛みきれないってことは一切ない！
噛むと旨味がドンドンでてくる！
酢味噌との相性が良く美味い！
