私にとっては提供スピードが遅過ぎて話にならない
雑すぎ 遅過ぎ ダレ過ぎに感じました。
個人的には、ランチタイムは1分1秒が勝負であると思っております。
白ごはんをお茶碗に入れる時は右手だけ使うアクロバティックなスタイルにチャレンジしなくて良いから優しく美しく左手も使ってみてはいかがなものかと思いますよ いやあくまで一つの意見ですが
お好み焼きの仕上げの順番ですが 青海苔→鰹節→マヨネーズ？
私はビジュアル重視でマヨネーズ→鰹節→青海苔
鰹節が花鰹ならマヨネーズ→青海苔→花鰹が好み
大阪のお好み焼きは粉もんですが実態は出汁入りツナギとキャベツの混ぜ焼き
広島のお好み焼きはクレープとクレープでキャベツを挟んだ蒸し焼き
どちらも美味しいのですが
私の個人的な嗜好からは やや重たく 粉部分が多く 出汁感 山芋感が薄く マッチしなかった残念
お店の作りは綺麗でスッキリしていて普通のお好み焼き屋さんよりはとっても良い 設計士さんと内装業者さんが良かったのでしょう。
