地鶏焼肉 一鳥（いっちょう）さんに
お邪魔してきました‼️
またまた寒波がやってきてお寒い日が続くこの頃
こんな時には食べたくなるのはやっぱりお鍋
特に大好きなのは鶏の水炊き
ということで福島にある一鳥さんに訪問
こだわり水炊きを食べてきました❣️
一鳥さんの水炊き鍋はスープにもこだわりが光る✨
鶏ガラ・手羽先・もみじを使う贅沢さ✨
何時間も炊き続けたことで出来る絶品スープを使用✨
具材の鶏肉も新鮮が一目でわかる桜色
野菜もたっぷり入ってボリュームがすごい
スープを一口すすったら衝撃がっ
そのまま止まらんくなりそうな美味さ❣️
これは一生飲めるスープやわ
鶏肉もモチモチプリプリで美味すぎるわー
鶏肉盛を追加しといて大正解でしたね
そして鍋の〆にはスープと相性抜群のちぢれ麺を投入
最後の一滴まで堪能して水炊き鍋フィニッシュです
今度は鶏料理や炭火の焼き鳥も食べてみたいな☺️
