I recently visited Sumibi Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Da-Wa, located right next to JR Fukushima Station! Located on the 3rd floor of a building, it has an atmosphere of an adult's hideout. The restaurant has 6 seats at the counter and 3 tables for 4 people, a perfect space that could be used for a date, not too noisy and not too quiet. The key word of this restaurant is "unglazed. You can directly taste the original flavor of the meat without any particular seasoning. This style of cooking is made possible by the restaurant's confidence in the quality of its meat! Personally, I am also glad that the meat is grilled over charcoal. I ordered the "Today's Special selection Course" for ¥6600- ⭐︎5 which is a very reasonable price! The marriage of the glossy, fresh, tender meat, egg yolk, and sweet sauce. The meat melts in your mouth and the rich egg yolk and sweetness of the sauce enhances the flavor of the meat. ◆Beef tail baked in foil (today's dish): So tender and pulled that it crumbles with the chopsticks. I thought it would be fatty but it was surprisingly light and refreshing. The more you chew, the more the flavor overflows! ◆Chishana greens ◆Finish (Cold Noodles or Bibimbap) This time I chose Cold Noodles. The noodles are thick and firm.
