牛肉不足警報発令中の今日この頃〜
肉食いに行きませんか〜の神の声♬ もちろんふたつ返事で急行です！
こちらのお店のビルの入り口がちょっとわかりにくかったり、横のビルのお店がちょっと気になったりで、お店到着まで少し手間取りましたが、無事着陸です〜
ビルはレトロなビルですが、店内はスタイリッシュで好印象です♪
初めてのお伺いしたので、おすすめで発注です〜
きましたきました♪ まずはキムチとユッケが到着です〜
キムチは辛すぎずでサラダがわりにボリボロいってしまいます♫ 量は多めなので助かります♫
ユッケは万全なお味です〜うま♬
うま〜に、さらにレバーを追加でうまうま〜♬
レバーは、その新鮮さを口が検出して報告してきます〜
ここ辺りで、せっかくの炭火ですからテールの煮込を火にかけていただきます〜 しっかり煮込まれていてお肉がほろほろでこれまた大したお味です♫ うまうま
うまうま連発しているところで、美しいお肉の盛り合わせのお皿が到着です〜 見るからにうまそー♬ ど真ん中にシャトーブリアンが陣取っています♬ 大サービスな感じです♬
こちらのお肉のサーブは、塩を振ったり味を添加しておらず、とっても良いです〜 また、よくある、コッテリや味の濃い調味料が供されることもなく、優しいお味のぽん酢と出汁醤油が供されるので、お肉そのもののお味が楽しめます♬
目がすでに検出済みの美味さイメージの通りのお味です♬
ここまでですでに大満足の満腹感ですが、〆のお尋ねがあります ビビンバもあるそうですが、ここはやはり冷麺で〆たいと思います〜
お手軽な〆ではなく、きちんとした手抜きなしの冷麺です♫ さらに満足が加速です〜
