今年度、支店の超近場に開店した粉物屋。
店名から、最近ＴＶ放映されたハンバーグ屋の系列だと推察されます。
開店してから２ケ月程経過しましたので、オベレーションも落ち着いたでしょうか。
看板に「お好み焼き」と書かれていますから、其方を狙う事にします。
同僚は焼きそばにする様で、定食にすると塩おにぎりが付くとの事。
ボリューム的に多そうですが、足りないよりは良いでしょう。
先着は「肉そば定食玉子付き」。
目玉焼きが載っているものと思っていましたが、別容器に生卵が入っています。
生卵を攪拌し、焼きそばをすき焼きの様にして食せとの事。
面白い食し方ですね。
オーダーした同僚は説明通りにしておりましたが、目玉焼きの方が良かったとの談。
３分後にお好み焼きが配膳。
お好み焼きにはソースやマヨネーズが掛けられてなく、粉海苔だけが掛かっています。
テーブル上に置かれてあるマヨとソースは、ご自由にとの事でしょう。
一通り掛けてからお好み焼きの断面を確認。
コテでカットしますと、予想以上に硬めの焼き上がり。
食してみますと、こての手触り通り身が詰まっています。
お好み焼きは、もう少しフンワリしている方が好みかな。
定食で付いていた塩おにぎり。
これが想像していないクオリティでした。
米粒が立った、モチモチしたうるち米。
中に具材を入れていませんが、優秀な握り飯です。
これに、漬物と味噌汁が付いていれば、もう一段階評価が上がるでしょう。
