仕事の昼休憩を利用して、「となりの焼肉屋のお好み焼屋 銀河商店」さんへ。
大阪福島のディープスポット「福ろうじ」内にお店を構えます。
「肉焼そば定食玉子付」を注文。
玉子は「生でつけ汁風」「焼き」から選べます。後者を選択。

「肉焼そば定食玉子付」は、出来立てを手元の鉄板に移す形での提供。
塩おにぎり２個・たくあん２切れがプラスチック容器で添えられます。
焼きそばは安定感のあるお味。肉も野菜も適量含まれます。
その中にひとつ、大きな肉塊がゴロンと。
そちらはしっかりと旨味を有しますが、スジが少し残っていたかも。
添えられた塩おにぎりと一緒にいただくと食べやすくなりました。
紅生姜は微塵切りにして添えられます。
混ぜ込むのがちょっと難しく、鉄板にたくさん残ってしまいました。
千切りぐらいでもよいのでは、とは思いますが食感も大事なのでしょう。
なにか食べやすくする策があるとよいですね。

男性店員さんおふたりでの営業。人柄よさげな元気接客。
オーダー等の声出しも元気そのもの。定期的な水注ぎもされていたようです。
入店時はほかのお客さんと入れ替わりで「すぐ片づけますので！」。
待っている間にメニュー表をお渡しくださり、その場で注文できました。
帰り際には「美味しかったですか？」とも。扉外までお見送りくださいます。
ほかのお客さんのほとんどに「いつもありがとうございます！」。常連さん多し。

店内は鉄板つきテーブル席が複数。張り紙など雑多な感じ。
手元は大半が鉄板で、それ以外を置くスペースはやや狭め。
BGMは平成初期の邦楽多め。ORIGINAL LOVE「接吻」など。
高架下なので定期的に電車音。BGMのボリュームを大きくして緩和していました。
先客５人ほど、後客１人。

「肉焼そば定食玉子付」750円。
大阪福島のランチ平均価格よりはお手頃。ボリュームも適量。
ただ焼きそばは比較的お安いというイメージなので、妥当ぐらいに感じました。
