まだ出来て数ヶ月の中華ですが、ランチの麻婆豆腐がインスタでよく目に留まって気になっていたお店です。平日のお昼に訪問、遅めだったからか空いていました。ランチは麻婆豆腐と坦々麺、と思ってたら坦々麺でなく季節限定の冷たいよだれ鶏でした。季節限定と言うワードに惹かれてよだれ鶏を頼みました。夜は本格中華のコースみたいですね。
よだれ鶏と卵スープ、コールスローみたいなサラダ、漬物とご飯です。よだれ鶏は胸肉ですね。自家製らしいラー油ベースの辛いタレ、美味しいけど、そこまで尖った点は無く意外と普通かなと感じました。麻婆豆腐の方が良かったかなあと思いつつ。ご飯も明らかに硬めで麻婆豆腐に合わせたのではないかと。次は麻婆豆腐を食べてみないと、です。
