The store was very crowded with families, including families with children! This time I ordered samgyeopsal as the main dish. •Korean yukhoe with morning pulled chicken 800 yen •Samgyeopsal set 900 yen/person •Finishing risotto 500 yen •Japchae 850 yen •Samgyetang with abalone from Jeju City 1800 yen •Kimbap 700 yen •Homemade steamed Gyoza / Dumpling 4 pieces 500 yen • Highball 420 yen •Chestnut makgeolli 400 yen Chicken yukhoe Chicken yukhoe topped with egg yolk so fresh and rich that you can grab it without tearing it. I feel like chicken yukhoe is rare in Korean Cuisine. I was surprised at how delicate the taste was! I was imagining a typical savory yukhoe, but the flavor is elegant and refreshing with just a hint of sesame oil, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the chicken ingredients. It's very filling and only 800 yen, so I highly recommend it. Samgyeopsal, the vegetables are steamed cabbage, sunny lettuce, and perilla leaves. Eat it with gochujang or ssamjang topping. The pork is served after being cooked, and the vegetables can be cooked through. To be honest, samgyeopsal has never been so delicious. The pork smelled a bit. However, the samgyeopsal here was very delicious and you could feel the juiciness of the pork✨✨It's also good that it is cooked properly before being served.The finishing touch is the ♥️ shaped rice. The cheese, seaweed, and tobiko add a nice accent, making it a flavor that everyone from children to adults will love. Japchae Japchae served with yuzu and pepper to taste. This is also light in flavor and very delicious, with the beef bones working very well while retaining the texture of vermicelli! The delicately seasoned Japchae has a lot of ingredients and is very satisfying. Samgyetang Samgyetang, which contains abalone, is a dish that women will love as it is recommended for recovery from fatigue and good health. The abalone has a faint scent of green onions and a crunchy texture that is truly exquisite. The date palm is a nice accent, and the walnuts are melty and delicious.You can taste the good soup stock and feel like your body is slowly warming up.Kimbap A very popular gimbap with 7 kinds of ingredients. There's a spiciness that lingers. There are more ingredients than rice, so it's a dish that you can easily eat even if you feel full. Homemade steamed Gyoza / Dumpling so-called mandu, had a refreshing scent of shiso. When I thought of mandu, I thought it would be big, but I was relieved that it was the size I liked.When I ate it, the meat was very juicy, and the taste was more reminiscent of Gyoza / Dumpling Xiaolongbao than dumplings. It has a sour and refreshing taste.When I think of Korean Cuisine, I have a strong impression of it being spicy, but this image completely changed with the delicate seasoning and it was so delicious!
