The store staff had a bad attitude, I had to move my luggage multiple times, and even though I moved it, they never took my luggage. There is no menu explanation. When I said I didn't have a luggage basket, I was told there was no room on the second floor, so I asked if there was one downstairs, and there was! and. Please bring it. You cannot eat while carrying your luggage. It took me about 3 minutes to bring it back. The clerk who dealt with me after I had moved and calmed down was a really nice person, but it was a waste of time because of the people around me.
