Y's kitchen
（大阪市福島区・福ろうじ）
福島区をとおるＪＲ東海道本線の高架下、ＪＥＴの向かい辺りに、いつの間にか行列の出来るラーメン屋ができている。行列の出来る店に興味はなく、できれば行きたくないが、行ったことのない店には興味がある。行列の無い時を見計らっているが、相手は行列の出来る店である。なかなかその時は訪れない。今日も５人並んでいる。寒いし、並ぶのはいやだ。
ということで、その２軒ほど隣にある「Y's kitchen」というお店へ。カフェか洋食屋かといった店名であるが、フレンチのアレンジが加わった中華料理店のようだ。そういう店が梅田のホテルにも入ってたっけ。
とはいえ、どちらかというと中華料理店なので、メニューとしては、酢豚とか、麻婆豆腐とか、青椒肉絲とか、エビチリとかがラインナップされている。
鶏の唐揚げがないのが福音である。黒酢酢豚をお願いする。
酢豚、揚げてあるじゃないかと言うなかれ。鶏を揚げたものを注文しない、という禁忌を課しているだけなのだから。
しかし、メニューをよく見てなかった。全メニューに「油淋鶏サラダ」という不思議な一品が付いているのに後から気が付く。何かと思ったら、サラダに唐揚げが乗ってる（笑）。不作為も許容する懐の深さを見せておこう。
メインは黒酢酢豚である。食べてみて、おお、こ、これは、
キャラメルポップコーンの味！
な甘い味付け。こういうのもあるんやね。ちょっと甘い気もするけど、ペヤングのチョコレートのような困ったものではなく、美味しくいただく。
ご飯はお代わりＯＫということで、このおかずなら３杯くらい楽勝であるが、１杯で収める。リーズナブルな価格設定のランチ。（2023.1.23）
