車の点検で大阪福島のディラーに出かけ、出来上がる
までの1時間を利用してランチにしましょう〜♪
5分歩いてたどり着いたのは、2022年12月にオープン
したロサンゼルス生まれの韓国スンドゥブ専門店
「OKKII 新福島店」さん。
近くのフレンチレストラン「Artisan」さんに何度か
伺ったときにこの店を見つけてBMしていました。
厨房を囲む L字型カウンターとテーブル席があって
とてもおしゃれな店内でした。
カウンター席に陣取って注文したのは
◆赤カラ麺 3辛 1000円
生卵・もやしナムル・カクテキ付き
ランチメニューは
プルコギ定食 950円
ビビンバセット 850円
赤カラ麺 1000円
ソーセージスンドゥブ 1480円
野菜スンドゥブ 1580円
激辛好きなので名前からして辛そうな "赤カラ麺" を
選び15分待ってグツグツ煮立った韓国黒鍋が登場
いただきま〜す (^o^)／
スープは真っ赤ですがそこまで辛くはなかったです。
110円追加して4辛の激辛にすべきだったと反省。
生卵を割り入れ黄身を潰して麺に絡めて食べると
さらにまろやかになってしまいました。
軽く炒めた野菜の甘みと神戸ポークの旨味で全体的
には美味しい韓国麺だったと思いますが、ライスを
追加して残ったスープに入れてチゲ雑炊にすると
満足感はあったと思います。
