新福島駅から徒歩3.4分、「花くじら 歩店」のお隣にあります。食べログ☆3.31、何故か「L・A育ち」との純豆腐専門店です。箕面店に続き2店目、平日晩御飯でお邪魔しました。
外観も内装もお洒落なカフェとかレストランって感じ。韓国料理屋さんにはあんまり無いような気がします。ドリンクや1品料理もありますが、まずは純豆腐から。
純豆腐は具材が異なるベースを選択し、辛さとトッピングを選択するスタイル。まずは無難にイチ押しの「OKKIIミックス（辛さ3）」1,793円をオーダーです。
まずは、韓国海苔・カクテキ・モヤシナムルと生卵が運ばれて来ます。生卵以外はお代わり可能なので、1杯飲みながらお待ち下さいって感じでしょうか。海苔にカクテキとモヤシを乗せて食べるのは中々良きでした。
ご飯は釜炊き・純豆腐は石鍋でグツグツ状態で配膳されます。純豆腐はありがちですが、ご飯の釜炊きは珍しいです。ご飯は炊きたてで美味しく、出来たおこげは違った食感が楽しめます。なるほどー◎
ちなみにお店的にはおこげ部分は「コーン茶」でお茶漬けにして食べるのがオススメみたいです。
肝心の純豆腐は、日本風にアレンジされているのかあっさり食べやすいっす。個人的にはもぅ少しこってりというか旨味があっても良いのかな…
具材は牡蠣や海老、牛肉など盛り沢山。辛さ3のオーダーでしたが、もう少し辛くても全然イケそうです。
麻婆豆腐同様に純豆腐もご飯はお代わり必至。
お代わりは釜炊きじゃなくて、普通にジャーのご飯220円。ここはお代わり無料にして欲しい所です。
最後は柚子茶（柚子のマーマレードのお湯割り）ですっきり締めました。
前菜、メイン、締めとコース仕立ての純豆腐でお腹いっぱい◎店員さんも感じ良くて再訪アリなお店でした。
