"Japanese Cuisine Tsutsui" is about 3 minutes north of Fukushima Station. I made a reservation for 3 people from work and visited at 6:30pm. The store seems to have moved from Amagasaki, so the store is new and clean. 6 counter seats, 2 tables. (There is also a second floor) The counter is the special seat here. selection course only 10,000 yen (tax included) [Appetizer] Boiled clam jelly [Appetizer] Conch and karasumi, corn paste, etc. [Sashimi] Natural sole, white shrimp [Soup] Conger eel and junsai [Grilled] Salt-grilled sweetfish, Taro Croquette [Fried] fillet cutlet Miso sauce [Simmered Simmered dish] Kamo eggplant and conger eel [Rice] Corn rice [Dessert] Brulee and Pione First, toast to your hard work with beer. It was probably my first time drinking Asahi Premium Jukusen. It's cold and delicious (^-^) And it's a nice appetizer. Both the clams and shrimp are delicious♪ It looks cool and nice. The appetizers are colorful and gorgeous. It's nice to be able to eat a lot of different kinds little by little. All of them are seasoned to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. The natural flatfish sashimi is exceptional (>_<) You can hear the sound of the conger conger bone being cut right in front of your eyes, and you can feel the summer. Live ayu in a tank is grilled with salt on a skewer. When you bite into it from the head, its unique bitter taste is delicious. And fillet cutlet was juicy again ( ゚Д゚) Yummy! Even though the meat was lean, the meat was juicy~♪ The corn rice cooked in the pot had a gentle sweetness and was so delicious that I ended up having to refill it (^-^) Although it was a one-time operation, the cooking progressed at a good pace. There are quite a lot of types of sake, and my colleague talked about his preferences and drank them (^-^) It's also fun to be able to choose the choko. The price seems to vary depending on the season, but I think this course is a great deal. The atmosphere is calm, the dishes are beautiful, and the presentation is careful, so it looks like it would be a good place for a date or a girls' night out♪ Make sure to make a reservation in advance.
