As expected, the store has been very successful since its opening. Even though it was a weekday, Monday, the place was crowded and almost full during peak hours. ✳︎ ======What we ordered====== ・Smoked carbonara ~ served with Ichiro's malt ~ ¥1,880- ・Honey cream cheese with nuts and dried fruit ~ served with crackers ~ ¥1,100- ・Sake comparison set¥ 1,500- Fig, lemon, pineapple whiskey ========================= ✳︎ Smoked carbonara is a rich carbonara made with dragon eggs and cherry blossom chips It is smoked and has a highly aromatic finish. I'm grateful to be able to enjoy the experience, and I'm so moved when it's offered to me. I was impressed even before I ate it. It was really delicious to eat by mixing the smoked surface thoroughly to distribute the flavor. By adding Ichiro's malt, a new flavor and aroma was added to the carbonara, which far exceeded expectations. ✳︎ Honey cream cheese with nuts and dried fruits ~ served with crackers ~ ¥1,100 - It was really cheesy, rich and delicious. This goes well with alcohol. ✳︎ Pickled sake comparison set ¥1,500- Enjoy with soda or on the rocks. We chose three types recommended by the famous store manager. Fig, lemon, and pineapple whisky. Each of these drinks had their own unique characteristics that made me want to try other whiskeys. ✳︎ I was really happy to meet the store manager who is going viral on TikTok.
