大阪で商談の帰りに連れて行ってもらったお店をUPします！梅田駅から頑張れば歩いて行けるところにあります。中之島の近くで少しビル群が開けて眺めの良い場所です。
お値打ちなコースにしました。メニューを見ると鳥料理が多いお店なのですが人気の料理を出してもらえるみたいですね。
頼んだのはおでんコース飲み放題付き4000円です。記憶に残ったのを書いていきますー
まず鳥の刺身盛り合わせです！ハツとレバーだっかな？いかにも大阪ぽいセレクトですよね！これが新鮮そのもので口の中でとろけます！海外では無理ですこのレベル！日本に生まれて良かった(´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥｀)
続けておでん！こちらも大阪ぽくてよく味がしみた具をしっかり乗せてくれます。写真の通り卵や牛すじはよく色が変わっていて実に味わい深い。辛子は魔法のアイテムですね。
途中で出て来るしじみ汁はお代わり出来ました。卑しい育ちなのでお代わりは必ずします。お吸い物が出てくるあたり関西ですねぇ。もちろんしじみはちゃんと中身も食べますよ。
デザートの前にかすうどん。実は初めて食べたのですがホルモンをカリカリに揚げたやつがうどんに乗っています。なるほどーなかなか味わい深いですねぇ。
