2024/4/22、大阪福島は先月に開店したばかりの『呑達磨』さんです。
お店の名前で『達磨』というキーワードに目がつき訪店させていただきました。
場所はおでんで有名な『花くじら』さんのちょい近くです。
お店に入ってみるとびっくり。
サラリーマンの方々でほぼ満席で、さらに来店客が入れないほどの人気ぶり。
お店の雰囲気、メニューをみたら、確かに流行るわ！という感じです。
店内に入りテーブル席に座るとお通しが。
なんと小鉢ではなく、しじみ汁！！！
しかもおかわり自由？？？
コースメニューでは自由なんです！！！
そしてお酒を注文。
もちろん一杯目はビールということでお料理の味を邪魔しない『ドライ生』です。
ジョッキの内側がきれいなのでうんめーーー！！！
美味しすぎて、生をおかわり！！！
そしてリーズナブルなニッカハイボール（420円）です。
うんめーーー！！！！
でも角ハイが呑みたーい！！！
我慢！我慢！我慢！（我慢できる？）

おっと！一品目から美味い！
なんだ？このこりこり？
あっ、いぶりがっこが入ってます。
そして幸せが３つ添えてございます。
確かに『幸せポテトサラダ』ですね。
◆鳥刺し三種盛り（980円）
レバー、砂肝、ササミでしょうか。
どれも美味しすぎるんです。
特に『ササミ』の歯応えがよく美味しすぎます。
◆もつ鍋（980円）
人気のため食材が一人前しかないということで、コンロではなく、厨房で一人前で作っていただきました。
やべっ！旨すぎる！
小腸はふんわり、スープもうんめー！
野菜の甘みもGOOD！
これ、本気でもっと食べたい！
◆知覧どりたたき二種盛り（1280円）
お店の名物ということで、迷わず注文。
お肉の食感、鶏肉の美味しさ、柚子胡椒でいただきましたが、これは確かに名物です。
しかも二種ということで、モモとムネをいただけるのはありがたい！！！
◆どでかい唐揚げ（480円）
辛さが選べるのですが、調子にのって一番辛い（地獄）にしました。
配膳されてびっくり！
たしかにでかい！
台湾フライドチキンのようなボリュームです！
しかも激辛パウダーが一面にかけてあるから辛すぎる！
（この夜、胃腸がえらいことになりました。
地獄はホントにやめたほうが良いです。
ある意味、これだけ辛いのを出せるのがすごいです。）
◆大人のメロンフロート（580円）
超激辛チキンでおかしくなり、耐えきれず『甘味処メニュー』を見てしまいました。
大人のメロンフロート？
いただくしかない！
食べてみたらびっくりで、想像以上に見た目も良く味もGOOD！
これで580円ならかなりお得かも！

せっかくなのでいただきました。
居酒屋ではリッチなメニュー。
やはり美味しい！
◆たたきキュウリ（380円）
ついつい注文してしまうこれ。
わかってる味だけど、うんめー。
◆クエン酸ハイボール（480円）
スタッフさんおすすめのドリンクはと聞くと「クエン酸ハイボールです！」ということで、いただいてみると、確かに酸味？がくせになりGOOD。
しかも辛さを抑えてくれそう！
これおすすめ！
◆おでんおまかせ八種盛り（1380円）
最後にいただきましたのが、最後まで気になっていた『白おでん』です。
よーくしゅんでいて美味い。
しかも一つ一つが大きいんです。
これは是非ともみんなに食べていただきたいですね！
◆角ハイボール
ラストはやっぱり『角ハイボール』ですね！！！
炭酸のキレ味、ウィスキーの美味しさ、すべでGOOD！！！
