店内は活気があり若い職人さんがテキパキと仕事されています
夜のコースを頂きました。稚鮎に天ぷらを一尾ずつベストタイミングで食べれるように揚げてもらえました。季節を感じられるホタルイカの鍋仕立てもフレッシュな鰹節とともに美味しく頂きました
季節がかわればまたお伺いしたいお店でした
