■ Situation on this day Visited at 7pm on a Saturday in early March 2024. I made a reservation about a month in advance. Both the counter and the private room were fully booked. This is my second time at this restaurant. It is a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it is friendly, and on this day, the previous customers and the staff were having a lively conversation over the counter. (It's not that they were very noisy.) This time, I was seated right in the middle of the counter, and I was happy, but also a little nervous in front of the chef. ■ On this day, I ordered selection dishes @ 18,000 yen (sorry, maybe it's a little different). In addition to the dishes, we also had draft beer, Heartland, and four types of sake (1 cup each) for 53,120 yen for two people. This is really cheap for the content and taste of the dishes, and the delicious sake. Please refer to the photos for the dishes. All of the dishes were delicious, but the one that stood out was the karasumi sprinkled with yuzu, wrapped in mochi and grilled. Karasumi tends to get a bit sticky in the mouth, but this was smooth and refreshing with a hint of yuzu. The mochi was fragrant and delicious. Other dishes included shredded crab tagged as a Taiza crab topped with sea urchin, steamed abalone, and grilled pufferfish milt, which is usually hot inside. This was just the right temperature and easy to eat. The bowls themselves were also elaborate. I ordered the sake on a whim, and got a Toriki Junmai Ginjo from the start, and it was this price. I'll go again if I go to Osaka!
