Enjoy john meat soba and Kaze no Mori at this long-established soba restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of an old folk house and is very comfortable. The customer service from everyone in kimono is also good. The dipping sauce with plenty of Okinawan pork has a strong flavor and is concentrated in flavor. Yuzu paste has a strange taste. The raw egg makes it mellow, and the burdock chips add an accent to the taste, making it highly satisfying. It seems to be both addictive and diet-friendly.I'm sure it'll be a repeat purchase♪
